Josh brings over 10 years of paralegal experience to Kessenick Gamma, joining the firm in 2026. Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, after which he returned to California to begin his legal career. His focus has been civil litigation, primarily defense, and he has experience assisting attorneys in matters involving products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage/bad faith, payer/provider disputes, environmental/toxic tort and legal malpractice.
Josh grew up in Santa Rosa, CA and currently resides in Oakland, CA with his wife and their dog Margo.
