Denice began working with Frank Gamma in 1997, focusing on his medical group and physician practice. She appreciated the opportunity to accompany Mr. Gamma when he and Larry Kessenick formed their new firm in San Francisco in 2006. She transitioned to the role of paralegal/legal assistant and assists in connection with medical group entity creation, corporate formalities, and related business activities.
Denice is a member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association. She is a native of Marin County, and raised her daughter there.
